Flagged Up was a project for Bristol 2015 Green Capital. Working with the residents of Horfield and Lockleaze Deborah Weinreb, social artist, created 52 banner flag images with inspiring environmental messages. These were placed on the street lights to create a visual route between the areas two main green spaces, adding inspiration and colour to the locality.
